Welcome, and thank you for choosing Simply Beautiful Creations LLC! These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the "Client") and us (the "Service Provider") regarding the event design and/or dessert catering services you’ve requested through our website.

1. Services Offered

We provide:

• Event design and planning

• Custom floral arrangements

• Dessert catering and display services

Each service is tailored to the needs of your event as discussed and agreed upon.

2. Booking & Payment

• A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your event date.

• Final payment is typically due no later than agreed-upon days before your event.

• Invoices will be sent via email or discussed in person, and payment methods will be outlined during the process.
   

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made must be discussed days or more before your event may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any planning, prep, or service fees already incurred.

• Cancellations made less than the days discussed before your event may result in forfeiture of your deposit or payment.

• All refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
   

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of your event, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely event details (location, number of guests, theme, etc.).

• Communicate any changes as soon as possible.

• Grant reasonable access to the venue on the day of the event for setup and breakdown.
   

5. Service Limitations
We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but availability and scope may be affected by:

• Location restrictions

• Weather conditions

• Health and safety guidelines

• Supply availability

In these rare cases, we will communicate alternatives or adjustments with you.

6. Liability
While we take great care in delivering our services, we are not liable for:

• Damage or delays caused by third-party vendors or venue issues

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities unless we have been notified in writing beforehand

• Loss or damage caused by guests or other external factors beyond our control
   

7. Use of Photos
We may photograph elements of your event (e.g., decor or dessert displays) for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Website Use
This website is hosted on Wix.com. By using our website or submitting your information, you also agree to Wix’s Terms of Use.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with us, using our contact form, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
